About the Company

Fergas Group is a manufacturing Group headquartered in Linköping, Sweden.
We have production facilities in Sweden, China, Italy, USA and Mexico, as well as sales offices in the US, Brazil and India. The group has a turnover of approximately 25 MEUR and employs around 200 people globally.

The company develops, manufacture, and sell blowers and fan systems to many industries including HVAC, home and commercial appliances and automotive under the slogan “Your Global Partner in Air Moving solutions”.

Your responsibilities

We have developed a strategy to increase our growth in terms of global sales. Your task will be to accomplish our goals and strategies together with other functions in Fergas Group and our sales teams in respective subsidiaries. We see significant market potential, and therefore, our goal is to double our sales by 2028.

You will be responsible for restructuring and optimising our sales efforts systematically and implementing our sales & marketing strategies to a new level. With your expertise and experience, you will lead and coach your team towards achieving our sales targets and expanding into new markets.

As the leader of global sales, you will drive and implement strategies to increase our sales while building strong customer relationships. Your collaboration with other departments and sites will ensure successful marketing and product launches for the company. At Fergas Group, you will not only have the opportunity to actualise our successful initiatives but also to shape and drive them towards greater success.

Your global sales team consists of approx. 8 team members located in our locations around the globe with HQ located in Linköping, Sweden.

Responsibilities include:

  • Structuring and implementing an effective sales strategy to optimise the sales process and maximise results
  • Leading, monitoring, and inspiring a global sales organisation
  • Managing the sales budget globally and ensuring resources are efficiently utilised to achieve set goals
  • Being a member of our global management team and contributing to strategic decisions for our success
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities with both existing and new customers worldwide

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable leader with a solid background in leading global sales teams in the manufacturing industry. Your background includes a higher education degree in marketing, economics or sales, or equivalent relevant work experience.

You have demonstrated success in sales and business development on a global scale and have a deep understanding of the international market in the manufacturing industry and its trends. With strong negotiation and communication skills and sharp analytical ability, you are ready to take the lead in driving sales strategies and achieving our sales goals.

As a leader, you excel in creating successful teams through participation, clarity, and humility. By motivating and inspiring your sales teams, you create an atmosphere of collaboration and goal tracking to achieve our common objectives.

You must be fluent writing and speaking in English. Swedish and additional language skills is a plus. A driver's license is required and regular international travel is part of the job.
